* Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Deliveries are free for the following zip codes (order minimum is $75 or more to qualify for free delivery): 76110, 76109, 76107, 76114

Deliveries to all other zip codes (Fort Worth within loop 820 only) are $39 with $75 or more order minimum.

If you are not sure about the delivery to your area please email or call us and we will be happy to help.

 

*When do you deliver?

Deliveries are made on Saturdays. Please email or call if you need delivery scheduled for a different day - we will try out best to accommodate your schedule, but we cannot guarantee any specific day unless previously arranged. Orders placed after 10 am on Friday will be delivered on next week's Saturday.

 

* Do you unload the plants or am I responsible for unloading?

We unload materials curbside only. If you would like us to move the plants/landscape materials to a designated spot, please let us know beforehand - moving materials is billed $80/hour in 15 minute increments (each 15 minutes equals $20). For instance, if you would like us to move the materials to your backyard, and it will take us 25 minutes to do so, you will pay $40 material placement fee. 

 

*Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! We do have a holding yard in north Fort Worth and pick ups are welcome. All pick ups are by appointment only - please email or call to schedule an appointment. There are no fees for pick up.

 

*What are your delivery fees?

*Do you have a physical location?

We are an online only store, no brick and mortar location. We do have a holding yard in north Fort Worth where pick ups are available by appointment.

 

* Business hours

Online orders can be placed any time. If you need help, have a question or need assistance with your order you can email us any time - all emails will be answered within 24 hours. If you would rather talk to some over the phone, please call Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If no one answers please leave a message. All phone calls will be returned within 24 hours.  

 

*Warranty, returns and exchanges.

We guarantee that every sold plant is healthy and thriving, free of pests and disease at the time of purchase. 

We guarantee hardy shrubs over 15 gallons and all hardy trees for 1 year. Hardy shrubs from 5 - 15 gallons are guaranteed for 6 months. Perennials in all sizes are guaranteed for 1 month. Guaranteed plants will be exchanged for like material if it is in stock, or for store credit if the same material is not available. All plants can be replaced one time only. Please bring the plant to be replaced back with you at the time of return. Seasonal annuals, tropical and container plants are not replaceable.

Please do not hold Happy Gardens responsible for plant loss due to weather conditions beyond our control: drought, heat, flood, tornado etc., improper planting, over fertilization, over or under watering, insects or disease, and winter kill or other weather extremes. We do ask that you carefully select the right plants for the right conditions. Outdoor plants that are not planted in the ground are not covered by our warranty. If you leave outdoor plants in the original container or plant in an above ground container, then they are not covered by our warranty.

 

*Special orders, large orders and large items.

We can source many plants that are not listed on the website, including specimen trees. Please email or call us with your inquiry and we will gladly help.

Contact us if you are placing a large order as special delivery arrangements might have to be made.

Large items, such as plants 30 gallons and up, will require delivery arrangement, as one person is in most cases not able to unload them.

 

* How to order?

You can place your order and pay for it on the website. If you need items not listed on the website please email us or call us and we will source them for you. 

 

*Consultation and landscape services
