Nassella tenuissima (Mexican Feather Grass)
$ 12.98
Mexican Feather Grass is a small cool season ornamental grass that adds softness and movement to the garden. It does best in full sun in a dry location. Heavy mulch or wet location will cause rot. It is adaptable to different soils as long as there is good drainage.
Delicate, airy flowers emerge in late spring, followed by a period of dormancy during the summer when the plant turns buff color. Mexican Feather Grass works well when planted en masse or as an accent. It is ideal for rock gardens, perennial beds or borders, containers or mass planting.
