Branched Foldwing is a woodland perennial featuring pink or purple flowers. It does best in part shade to bright shade. It reseeds prolifically and it best paired with other somewhat aggressive species, such as Inland Sea Oats. It is a host plant to Texan Crescent and Eastern Tailed-blue butterflies.
